It is a great pan, sturdy and reliable. I'm using it mostly to make natural apple and plum jellies and it works wonders. My jellies are ready in half the time comparing to regular sheet pans as the perforation allows jellies to dry faster.

Works great to get a crust on food such as frozen potatoes of various sorts. However, it will not fit in my dishwasher and cleaning is, while not a royal pain, somewhat difficult. Little pieces of food get in the holes. But I still like the food.

See today, Oct. 5, 2013, it's risen to $13.20.This pan looks better in person than in the Winware photo. From the photo it looks like the bed of the pan is wire. However, it is heavy aluminum with holes punched in it. Some of the holes are a little rough but that's on the bottom and doesn't interfere with it's use. Also, the pan arrived with some scratches/imperfections. But, once again, these don't interfere with its use. And, as my husband keeps reminding me, not many products are perfectly made today. Just FYI - it stacks perfectly with my other 1/2 sheet pan.

Will definitely put chocolate chip cookies on parchment paper next time. It was such a pain trying to clean the little holes from melted chocolate. To big to fit in a small dishwasher, but it cooked the cookies super evenly and I will learn from my mistakes next time.

I ordered two of these pans because I needed ones that were perforated to use with silicone mats for baking. Both of them that were sent were just plain pans without any little holes in the bottom. The description and picture on the item listing are totally inaccurate. Even the sticker on the items says that it is perforated, but it is certainly not. The pans also feel very heavy for being aluminum and scratch easily.

giving it 3 star because I keep getting sent the wrong pan. I order perforated, order says perforated, tag on pan says perforated..... pan is clearly not perforated. 2 orders, 2 returns of standard cookie sheet/jelly roll pan.

Buena aunque algo alto el precio

I needed a piece of perforated aluminum for a project but all that I could find were too expensive or had a pattern that I did not like. Then I found this baking sheet and ordered it. Well, it arrived within a couple of days and it looks too GOOD to cut up for my project! But, oh well, I guess that I'll have to bite the bullet and chop 'er up!
