Nice quality organic flax oil and alot of it
I use half and half flax and olive oil in my salad dressings as we need both Omega 3and Omega 6, and flax is one of the best plant bases ones for Omega 3. Like the flavor,compared to others. tho when one makes salad dressing its not a big problem. The freshground seeds taste sweet and good, but oil goes rancid quick so always keep it in iceboxonce you open it, and even before in hot weather!

Best Taste of Several Brands I Tasted
My wife and I take flax oil ever since we discovered the benefit it provides for "dry eye" condition. We tried several brands and found one. Unfortunately, I was no longer able to buy it and tried some other brands.Of all the ones offered, Cat'sFlax Oil was the best tasting for the price. Many of the others had a disagreeable metalic taste.
