They do have slight arch support in them.....more than a normal flip flop is about all I can say

Q: would these be good for walking around disney?

I've never walked quite that far in them, but I wouldn't hesitate to. I think they would be perfect. If you are already used to wearing the between-your-toes thong type flip flop, there should be no issue with wearing these for a day at Disney. If you aren't used to the thong between your toes, try another style of Crocs, like the Classic Clog. It's light, airy (due to all the holes) and cushy.
