Artisan Professional Classic Aluminum Baking Sheet Pan Set with Quarter, Half, and 2/3-Size Sheets

I am a home baker from Germany and bake two to three times a week. These are the most sturdy and best I have found. These do not bend. I have bake bread with 450F on them. Pizza with 375F. Broiled on 500F. Because they are made of Aluminum they can't be put in the dishwasher as they will turn gray. Hand wash with hot water and dish detergent. Love these and would recommend and buy again.

Exactly what I was looking for. The only exception, after first wash food sticks to the pan... you will need to spray or use foil/parchment paper from that point

The media could not be loaded.  Some of the scratches are deep, worried about things sticking! But other than that, they are nice heavy pans

The overall quality is excellent. For aluminum, they are hefty and solidly built.I'd hoped that these aluminum pans, being so solid and with such high sides, wouldn't warp in the oven. But, they did. I noticed on America's Test Kitchen, that their pans also warp in the oven. So, I guess all of them do. I'd have given 5 stars if these hadn't. Other than the warpage, these work just as you'd expect. I've only used the largest of the set of 3. Maybe, the smaller ones will warp less? I'll update this review if I discover anything new.

These look and feel professional and are broiler safe, no warping of any kind after several uses in the broiler on high.

I look to Wirecutter for most of my kitchen product recommendations, and so when I needed new baking sheets and saw that this brand was Wirecutter's pick, I thought I'd give them a shot. In the past, all of the baking sheets that I have owned, have gotten tarnished very quickly, despite cleaning. These, however, seem to be holding up extremely well. I didn't realize how varied the size of the three baking sheets would be -- the largest size is huge! -- but they all fit in my standard size oven, and they'll all be useful.

Easy to clean and sturdy. I mainly use to cook my bacon on and they do great! Cooks the bacon super fast in my gas stove (convection setting) also.

Get these baking sheets, don't waste your money on cheap stuff. This is exactly what everyone needs. Does not bend with heat. Feels solid and quality.

Very easy to clean for a regular baking sheet, love it so much. It's a kitchen must have.

I was impressed with the construction of these pans. They appear to be sturdy which I really liked. Unfortunately they arrived with the baking surfaces scratched and dented. As with another reviewer, I think that the packaging is not safe enough and the pans end up scratching each other. My order was replaced promptly and the second shipment also arrived with scratched pans, so sadly I had to return those for refund.
