Frog 12 in. Soft Toy

I ordered a Frog for my boyfriend for Christmas, looking at the item, it looks cute. But is it what it’s supposed to be? No. In the description it says that the coat is removable. In the photos you can see it’s a removable coat. You can even see some nice detailing in the coat like the fabric. But that I got was a pretty simple stuffed toy. Definitely not worth the ticket price. Can’t even find a way to contact the seller so I just had to ask for a replacement through Amazon. So fingers crossed.

The set of 4 stories stories of Frog and Toad was my granddaughter’s Valentine present. She will be three in March. She likes me reading her the stories while she plays with Frog. I am now on a mission to find Toad since the set of both characters was not available. I love how the importance of friendship is told here with a sense of humor.

I was disappointed when I received the stuffed animal FROG from Yottoy. I'm not sure what happened and next time I just need to read more carefully. I thought I was ordering a puppet. I had typed in hand puppets, found two puppets that I'm really happy with and then...When FROG arrived, I discovered that he wasn't a puppet. I hate returning stuff, so I kept it and it's currently sitting on my desk. I'm thinking that I might use it as a Christmas gift and give it to a friend who is single and tell her that FROG's name is Price Charming. ha haThe stuffed animal is put together well. I like the plush green that is used for the face, hands and feet. FROG's face is very cute with the big eyes and wide mouth. I thought the corduroy pants and soft jacket were well made. However, the belt looks a little cheap. FROG sits up well on its butt. Given the cost of FROG, it should've been made a little nicer.If you're familiar with "Frog and Toad are Friends" by Arnold Lobel, you'll find that this stuffed animal is a good representation of FROG. If you purchased the book and FROG it would make a really nice birthday or Christmas gift for a young boy or girl.Overall, I think FROG is somewhat cool. As I said, I'm disappointed that he isn't a hand puppet. But when I reread the description, he wasn't advertised as a puppet. That's my fault.
