It was cheap so I wasn't expecting perfection. First, mine does not look like the one in the picture. I don't have the green portion on the inside of the handle. No biggie. As soon as I took it out of the box, one on the clips popped off. It will still work without it. It doesn't roll perfectly but that is fine. The blade is heavy and sturdy and so that is the plus of this knife.

The handle is nicely place with the finger supports. The blade was sharp and the blade is replaceable which is nice.The hinges when replacing the blade need extra support as I broke one the first time I opened it so be gentle when replacing the blades.The blade is a little sticky against the handle and can be difficult to move at times but over all, a great product.

We threw this away after assembling it with great caution as to not slice a finger! It's very dangerous and scary to use!

does not roll as easily and too difficult to take apart to clean and put back together again. Afraid of cutting fingers.

Pointless

VERY SHARP! I really kinda like this rolling knife... and I'm really kinda afraid of it :-)The blade is so sharp, so please be careful taking the blade cover off and using it until you get a feel for it. I would like to try their pasta blade I've read about since I have been using this mostly for making dumplings and pasta. It's wonderful on fresh herbs, especially if you haven't perfected your knife skills. Just roll back and forth over your herbs... impressive.I know it says it can chop as well, I wouldn't. To do that you would have to hold the 'break' on the rolling knife, which seems a bit dangerous and I would think that doing that would dull the blade unnecessarily.It is a fun knife to add to your collection, maybe just not for the purist.
