I have dirty blonde eyebrows and it’s very hard for me to fine a brow pencil and brow mascara that compliments my brow colour and my skin-tone. They just aren’t cool-toned enough and make my brows look reddish (or greenish!!). I bought this to try. I figured if I didn’t like it it was only a few bucks list instead of $20-$30 like most pencils nowadays. I love it!! It’s a little darker than I would like but the tone is cool. I don’t use the powders, just the first two waxes. I pick up a little of the coloured wax and then mix it with the clear wax and apply. I live that it deposits just a little colour and the wax offers hold. I can make the colour more intense little by little by using more of the coloured wax. I will find a use for the other powders I’m sure. I like to use a product to multitask. I will keep buying this eyebrow pallette from elf. It works, it’s the closest to the tone I look for and it’s super inexpensive!!
