Great kit to save your sprayer
I'll be honest when I say I thought I was going online to buy a new sprayer until I say this kit. I must not be the only one that left their sprayer sitting around dirty and neglected because this kit has all you need to make your sprayer like new again. All the seals and bushings plus a bonus new nozzle, which it turns out I needed as well.Much cheaper than a new sprayer. Mine works 100% like new again.

Fixed our Smith Performance Sprayer!
The pump on the SMITH PERFORMANCE SPRAYER we bought on Amazon nine years quit pressurizing the tank. This kit perfectly repaired the pump & was easy to install. Apparently these pumps, Roundup too, are Fountainhead brand. These sprayers all look alike, wonder if they're all made by Fountainhead. For $9 more I could have purchased a entire new Roundup sprayer at Lowes. But the Smith sprayer is still great condition & I'm happy to save it from the landfill.

Not exact fit for Smith contract 190216 sprayer but works
Based on the review of another here, I thought I would give it a try.This package (Roundup 181538 repair kit) clearly indicates the two sprayers that it is intended for... Roundup and Ortho with ML & 'O' style tanks so no surprise that it is not an exact fit.My sprayer (2016 Smith Contractor 190216-2 2 gallon) had a hard time creating pressure (x100 pumps for minimal pressure) but once pressurized, it seemed to hold for the current job. The package contains 2 different 'O' rings... the smaller of the two looked to be too small and the larger was bigger than the original. I installed the larger and although it is a bit sloppy, it works great. The smaller one MAY work too but I just wanted a tighter fit inside the pump walls. Now, each and every pump pressurizes the sprayer. I also replaced the check valve located at the end, just for good measure. I do bleed the system after each use so I may never notice the potential improvement. I did not try or use any of the other replacement parts.I have a fully functioning sprayer again. The weeds never saw see me coming :-)
