Happy to find this on Amazon. I have a mild condition that makes my skin flakey and rough. After I use The Party Peel, the flakes are gone, and my skin feels smooth. Amazing product!

This is an interesting peel. It comes out shiny gold. It says to use 6-8 pumps for face, hands and deccollete. I took way more than that to get any coverage. Perhaps they meant 6-8 pumps for face, 6-8 pumps for hands and 6-8 pumps for neck and decollete? It took more than 6-8 pumps for my face though.Anyway, I put it on my face and it started to foam. I didn't get a huge amount of foam like some people but I do exfoliate on a regular basis so perhaps that was the reason--not as much dead skin cells?It does say on the directions that reactivate by rubbing while still moist. I didn't really find that to work but it felt good when it was bubbling.Once it was finished bubbling, it turned gold again. I left it on for longer than 15 minutes. The directions state that it will quit working so if you leave it on longer it will not be a problem. It wasn't a problem.I didn't feel any irritation or stinging with this--just the bubbling action.I jumped in the shower after it was finished and washed it off with a wash cloth. It came right off and was never stiff nor did it pull.Once I got out of the shower, I noticed that my skin felt smoother and felt dry. I applied my typical moisturizers which my skin seemed to drink in.Overall, I liked the experience and my skin did feel smoother though I did not see any tightening or shrinking of pores that I could determine. Perhaps over time they will shrink with usage. It doesn't really say how often it can be used so I'm not sure how long to wait to try again.It's okay but have peels that seem to work better than this one at exfoliating and are more economical so I took a star off for the pricing versus the results for me. I'll update this if it seems like it is helping more as I use it longer.The golden color and foam was fun. This was made in the USA

For the money, I was expecting to have a decent peeling experience with this but what I got was a big fat let down.I followed the instructions to a tee. I didn't experience the oxygen bubbling or any type of peeling. My face didn't even turn a different shade which it would normally turn slightly red from using a facial cleansing/peeling product.My advice, save your money and look for something else. This is way too expensive for something that doesn't deliver on it's promises.Amazon used to sell a product called Sexapeel. Last time I looked, I couldn't find it. If you can find that product, that's a good one!! It's great for removing the dead skin cells. I've even used it on my hands during the winter months to make my palms smoother because they were so dry and cracked from washing them so much, coupled with the winter dryness. It helped a lot!I regret that I let my curiosity get the best of me and strayed from what I know works. I'm now off to find the name of the company that produces the above mentioned peel... I plan on stocking up!

I have been using The Route products for almost 5 years, their launch date. I have been regularly visiting Nancy Pellegrino, N.P for my Botox & filler since 1999. She is the co-founder of The Route. I order from her website, not Amazon. The Party Peel is my favorite product from The Route. You can use it twice per week. I occasionally do a "Double Party Peel" back to back 2 times within an hour for extra exfoliation & extra glow. People notice when they see me & tell me that I am glowing, & I tell them about The Route! It is a fun activity to do during sleepovers with sisters or friends! I am 64 years old & was mistaken to be in my 30s a few weeks ago!

First off, you definitely wouldn’t believe this product is made by a Nurse, it looks way too glamorous for that. It comes in a golden box, and the container itself is gold. Nurse Nancy Pellegrino and her friend Courtney Baber are the co-founders of this product line, and Nurse Nancy is highly sought after in her field of skincare, she’s been practicing skincare for many years, and is the founder of NP Aesthetics, and co-founder of The Route, so there’s lots of pedigree here backing the products.Anyway, the product itself contains 4 types of mild peeling acids, Succinic acid, Malic acid, Phytic acid, and Mandelic acid - these are the active ingredients, that will “peel” the dead skin off. As a regular exfoliator, I’m sure i don’t have that many dead skin cells, but I’m absolutely intrigued by bubble masks, and have tried them before, and love the tickling sensation.So 6-8 pumps of this beautiful shimmering gold solution is apparently all you need, to be honest, that doesn’t really feel like it’s enough, so i applied a couple more. And i just did my face.It bubbles, after a few minutes, and then you keep reactivating the bubbles, by massaging it a bit more, then the bubbles die down again. The bubbles are quite ticklish i find, and i loved that.It’s easy to rinse it off with cool water. Pat dry, and admire how you look in the mirror.I must say that my skin felt divine, moisturized, soft, hydrated, and silky.I don’t know if it was glowing, and party ready, i think it would take a whole lot of make up for that, but it felt clean, soft, and silky.I couldn’t afford a visit to her office for a chemical peel, so this would be the answer. I don’t know if it will take away my deep wrinkles, but i feel like my crow’s feet look less noticeable.I did enjoy the experience of it - it felt like a treat. And i did not experience any breakouts, irritation, redness or sensitivity to the ingredients.I will keep using it, and report back if i start looking younger, and firmer.
