If used correctly, they work fine.
This 5 pack of GlobalRoll Non-Rebreather Oxygen Masks with Ordinary Connectors are a pretty good quality, not hospital-grade, but will work fine as long as you are using it correctly. You must be using a high-flow device, or you may run into a bit of a problem.I'm mostly homebound, and use a large portable oxygen concentrator, so these will come in handy if they are ever needed. I am pretty stable right now, but if I get sick, it's a different story. These are for one time use only, so the parts are the quality expected, pretty much disposable. I'm happy to have these in case I need them, and would definitely recommend them!

good quality
I like these non rebreather oxygen masks. I ordered XL for my husband. He’s a big guy at 6’2 and 215 pounds. The mask fit well and did the job. The quality is good. This is a five pack so good value as well.

DANGEROUS! Defective inhalation Valve!
This mask has a defective inhalation valve that does not consistently open when the user inhales. The result is periodically, no air at all will flow into the mask, leaving the wearer without any oxygen at all! Since the side valves only open with exhalation, there is a vacuum that occurs that could suffocate someone. This product should be removed from the shelves immediately.

Great Product!
I bought this for a first aid kit that I helped create for a friend's daughter. She has asthma, and is very sensitive to smoke. While she has an inhaler, she sometimes needs to use a rebreather. This one was very affordable, and it looks like the perfect thing to use in case of an emergency. Can't tell you how well it works, and to be perfectly honest, I hope that I do not need to get to that point. However, it does seem to be well made. The plastic is stiff, and it looks like it will hold up for a while.

XL size good for adults
My dad is a lung transplant recipient, and he uses oxygen at home a lot. On rare occasion he has a crisis where he feels like he can't get enough oxygen, even with his nasal cannula or regular mask. Recently in the hospital they used something similar to this on him, and he said he wished he had something like that to use if he has a bad episode. So I ordered these in case he might need one. My mom is a retired RN, so she will be the one who attaches this to his oxygen tank if he needs to use one. I watched a video on how to cover the check valve to pre-fill the bag with oxygen before applying the mask, just in case I have to do it. Of course I would prefer my mom do it as she is more qualified, but it didn't look too complicated. The XL size is good for adults. These seem to be good quality. I like that they come individually wrapped and each one has tubing attached. Since they are individually wrapped they can be put into a travel bag easily to take on errands, trips, or anywhere that you think you may need to use one.I hope that my dad won't need them (I hope he doesn't have any more episodes), but I'm glad to have these on hand.

Usable but not packaged well at all
To start off, the big Issue I personally had with these is the fact that they were packaged in just a tightly wound folded over bag. I know this was probably done to conserve space for storage or shipping but this causes the masks to bend in several places causing improper sealing. Usually they are folded once like a taco or hot dog but this bag was folded in half twice.Aside from the packaging issue, they work ok. The bag doesn't inflate at all unless you plug all the outlets and breath in like blowing up a VERY thick ballon. the o2 flows through these even without the bag obviously but the bag shouldn't be that hard to inflate. Some people may think that the deflated bag means it isn't working and may discontinue use causing an annoyance. They still work for delivering oxygen, just wastes more.
