It doesn't specify, so I would err on side on caution and say it's 304 SS, which by SAE standards equates to 18/8. This is also the most versatile and widely used stainless steel. Would like to also note that it is advertised that these are suitable for induction stove tops. Nickel doesn't activate induction stovetops, which means that the bottom of the pan must be 18/0 stainless steel.
