Novelty item
I kept getting my hair tangled up in it until I figured out how to use it the right way. My hair must be too long or something because I still get it caught up.It makes neat curls but it takes too long for each one.

Not for short hair
Literally ripped my hair out of my head-I have shoulder length hair and watched a million YouTube videos on how to use it-it is not as simple as it looks. My hair got caught in the barrel and I had to rip it out. Immediately returned it.

Does not charge!
I received the item in a broken box and the item doesn't charge. So aside from being able to use it for a few seconds using the charge that was existing in it - I did not manage to revive it despite repeated attempts. And the return process is massively complicated - so I am junking it. (And do not recommend this product to the others)

Doesn't stay charged long enough to curl all your hair.
