KnorrAsian Sides, Teriyaki Noodles 4.6 oz (Pack of 12)

If you enjoy Lo Mein then you will probably enjoy this product too. I live alone and have difficulty cooking just for myself but for a little more than $1.00 I can easily make a meal from this great tasting stuff! It's as easy as pouring the dry contents from the foil-lined pouch into a 2 quart round bowl, add 2 1/4 cups of water and 2 tablespoons of salad oil, place in microwave for 12-13 minutes and it's ready! Knorr/Lipton also makes numerous other flavors all cooked the same easy way. The dry ingredients in the pouches are easily stored and last a long time too. Of course they are good side dishes as well as being a main course.

Knorr has perfected many of their sides, and some of them are duplicated in the rice / and or noodle sections. The teriyaki noodles are very good as is and even more delicious if you add some frozen vegetables to them. I use about a cup of stir-fry vegies for the most part, and it then becomes a nice vegetarian meal. You could also ad some shredded cooked chicken to the mix or some smoked sausage (best if chopped up into coin sized bites). I often use this as an entire meal when I do it this way. It works well in the teriyaki noodles rice version. This makes a very good cost effective meal and it tastes wonderful. I've been buying this for years (along with many other knorr Rice and Noodle sides.) I recommend you try it.

Like all the Knorr sides, these are quick and easy to prepare. They taste fine, but not as good, to me, as some of the other flavors Knorr offers and they are very high in calories (680/pkg, 340 per serving) and sodium (1460mg/pkg, 730mg per serving), so I would not eat them too often.

Very tasty, very cheap, very easy to prepare. I wish they made something with less salt, but such is life.I don't give many 5-star reviews, but considering that this is basically a quick fulfilling lunch for under two bucks, I wholeheartedly promote it. Also, great for care packages to service members, college students, or those "On The Road."

I love all of the Knorr sides. I often crave oriental food, and this answers that. The taste is great and the ease of preparation is quick. I usually make this for dinner by itself and can only eat half of it. Therefore, my dogs each get the leftovers and gve it a bunch of tail wags as well.

I can't count on my local grocer to have this in stock, so I get it in bulk on Amazon for a decent price. I make it a meal by cooking up 3-4 packets, and adding cooked chicken breast and cashews, with steamed broccoli on the side. Takes about 20 minutes to get a delightful dinner on the table.
