They make a variety of automative accessories including car horns: https://www.piaa.co.jp/category/english/e_4rin/e_horn/#400-500hz-sports-horn Don't know of any relationship to PIA as you stated in your question. I installed the horns on my Polaris Slingshot replacing the single horn that came with the vehicle. The sound is much louder and richer than the original one due to the dual horns set at different frequencies of 400Hz and 500Hz. Well-satisfied with the results. Hope this helps.

Q: do it come with the adapter wire ?

They come with wires and connectors. I am not sure what you mean by adapters. You simply plug the existing wire from your auto onto one horn and use the accompanying wires to connect the second horn to the first. Then ground the second horn to complete the circuit. It is all very simple and easy.

No, this don't work on motorcycle.
