TACTACAM Reveal X Cellular Trail Camera External Solar Panel (Verizon)

Have several Tactacam cameras and they are wonderful. Great quality, functionality, and value. Photo quality is good but if you zoom in on the app it gets grainy. Great quality if you view photos on SD card using a computer. App is very user friendly and you can easily control and view multiple cameras. Solar panel needs adequate sunlight to function properly, especially if you’re getting a lot of pictures. Would not recommend solar version if you’re using in thick woods. Night vision distance / quality is equal if not better than way more expensive cameras. Best cell cameras out there in my opinion.

Very pleased with Solar and overall quality of the camera. Easy to setup minis getting the right SIM card to work. Once infighter that our and bough the right card they recommend, the install went smooth. The battery level stays on 100% with the solar…. So sweet. The downside is they are addicting to have, just ordered another one. Tacticam charged me $120/year per camera for unlimited pics.

Been using this for awhile now and I’m happy with it. It’s a good and easy setup. Although it doesn’t seem to have the ability to just check into a live feed whenever you’d like. And I can’t get it to do video at all (I’m sure you can, but I can’t figure it out)And with the solar power, it has always stayed fully charged even with obstructed sunlight.I plan on buying a few more to cover the rest of our property (mainly because I want to keep with the same product to assure they work together).If I was starting fresh I might look deeper for other options.

If you don’t get the solar panel to goes through (12) AA batteries every 3 to 4 weeks.

On the bundle package with the 2 32 gig sd cards that also comes with the t-post adapter, the sd cards will not work in this camera. just a heads up.

Receive the camera it works for one day. Found out that these cameras are very finicky I've been through for SD cards. Now the battery is not accepting a charge. Customer service is horrible. Would never buy this product again.

If anything, this cam is TOO God at motion detection. Have it mounted 12' up Ina tree pointed down at the hot spot in my clover planting. It's picked up MICE, in the dark, 20+ feet out.
