I walk all day and these felt so good during my walks. You can feel the soft cushion. I will definitely buy these again!!

Hard to put in boot

These easily cut to fit our shoe size just by following the lines for full sizes and cutting between the lines for 1/2 sizes. The bottom of the insoles also have a sticky to the touch area that is near the heel and near the ball of your foot to keep them in place inside your shoe while you wear them.The front of the insole has a raised bump area that stimulates your foot without being annoying or making it feel sore or raw. In fact, it is pleasant feeling about 1/2 way through your day and you feet are getting tired. It has good arch support, which is huge if you are wearing shoes which do not have it. The heel support is also very nice, feeling you're walking on a cushion of air with each step. 10/10 excellent insoles.

Unfortunately I did not use the insoles right away and the window for returning the insoles closed. They started coming unglued after only one use. I do not recommend these insoles if you want a quality long lasting item.

There are odd little bumps in the toe of the insole. For cushion? But they aren’t very comfortable

These insoles are a tad thicker, especially on the forefoot. The gel inserts appeared to be rather comparable. The other type of material that made a significant impact was plastic. Like a dense memory form, these insoles compress and take some time to puff back into shape. The others quickly regained their original shape. These are my favorites, and I strongly advise you to try them.
