Better battery life than expected. It works great besides a couple of little issues.
The nice surprise is that the tracker battery lasts longer than I expected. So far the battery goes from 100% to about 30% in 6 days. My cat is a very active outdoors cat (goes of the charts for estimated activity) and I was dreading having to remove his collar and recharge the battery every 2-3 days. Glad this is not the case.Nice things:- Low battery consumption with the wifi power saving zone (very useful to check if the cat is around or outside).- The activity/sleep etc info is very nice, didn't expect these features.- After a few days, the app shows your cat territory area drawn in the map. Again, nice software touch.- My cat seems not to struggle too much with the bulky but ergonomically friendly tracker.- Being able to activate the tracker sound on his collar when the cat is away. You can train your cat giving him treats when activating the tracker sound. Mine runs home now when hearing the noise, so this is an effective "dinner is ready" remote call for your cat, even when he is far away!- Fence areas on the map are quite useful! Not so nice things:- The bluetooth connection between the tracker and the phone for close location is not reliable at all. Many times I cannot use the live GPS because the tracker is close enough to be connected to the wifi (hence GPS is disabled) but at the same time the bluetooth connection is not established. So I cannot activate the sound/light to locate/call him.- The "light" on the tracker is so tiny that it is pointless.- The volume noise on the tracker is quite low, I felt that my previous tracker (TabCat) was better on this.- GPS sometimes is not very accurate, so I get alerts now and then about my cat having left the safe fence area when he actually didn't.In overall I'm very happy with this device. Not so much with the subscription model and its pricing but, at least, it works well and the software has nice features.

Great for keeping track of my wanderer !!
Great tracker and comes with quick release collar which you set for the weight of the cat. Good battery and Bluetooth range .really easy to set up.Have to pay upfront for membership but have 30 days to trial . I emailed customer service and got a reply almost immediately and great service so can't fault them at all on that front. Least bulky of the ones I tried and cat doesn't mind wearing it at all. Has a light and plays a tune too if you can see you're in range but can't see your cat ! Overall really happy and can see where my cat is without worry ! Performance is great . Versatility with different style maps and heat tracks etc. set your own safe and unsafe areas and get alerted when cat goes out of range . You can also post 'danger' alerts such as dogs in the area so other users can see. Overall really happy with the tracker

Amazingly accurate and gives you peace of mind whilst your furbaby is roaming
We have been so impressed with this little device. It is so accurate and gives you the location history of where your little buddy hangs out all day and where it wanders off to and you can ask it for live updates. It will even tell you when your buddy s sleeping We haven't had any issues with loss of signal and it holds its charge well through the day. I just charge mine overnight, whilst my cat is home. We've got the tracker on a quick release collar and our car managed to lose his tracker last night, but we were able to go straight to it locating it easily with my phone and pick it up. We tried to locate it using the sound feature too and here's where if we couldn't plainly see the tracker, the sound locater would have let us down. Both my husband and I couldn't hear the noise it makes, however the kids could hear it really well, so the pitch for older ears is useless. The only other downside would be the cost, you are committed into an yearly or 2 yearly fee, which reads as a monthly cost, but in reality they want the whole cost upfront to initiate the tracker. So, it's expensive, but honestly the peace of mind this tracker gives me after previously losing one of my other cars, makes the cost worth it for me.

GPS inaccurate, other wellbeing stats a gimmick.
Very disappointed by the product.GPS is no use to locate a cat. Is inaccurate and has week signal capability so you will not find your car in a built up area. It also wonders and by pinning at large interval you could be looking for your cats 2 streets away or more from where it is. In the case the cat is in trouble, locked ina shed etc the product is useless. In the period of 10 days it did not recognize the wifi 3 times so it shown the cat outdoor but no gps location. Had to reboot the device each time.Other occasion the cat was sleeping in the house but the GPS was active (so it lost the wifi) and showing the cat 500 mt out of home safe zone area. The wellbeing stats and the social media are a massive gimmick. again the cat activity was 'made up' just some belss and whistles to make you attracted to check the app. Ome day the cat was unwell the the app was not picking up its lethargy or lack of activity. The test of the time the cat was doing great and happy but on the app was showing that it had a few bad health days.To sum it up inaccurate data is the theme. Customer support very helpful and proactive but that does not make a poor product any use.If you live in the countryside right in the sticks then it may be of mild use.Battery life is 6 days or less (my cat is elderly and does not spend much time out in winter)It is easy to fit, install and operate, but the charger was loose from day 1 so not a long lasting option, and it may loose connection and you will be without the tracker until you get it attached again...Disappointed and ripped off...
