not quite head over heels on this one
10/18/2024:Not quite head over heels on this one... gets hot yes, but not the same (or very close) to bar-b q grill cooking and marks.Did one steak on the BBQ sheet and the other on the griddle... on the BBQ sheet it was taking longer.Will use it... just will adjust to timings.gvm

I live in an apartment with a grill for all the residents. This product is one of my best buys, just stainless steel no PTFE, easy to carry and clean, and perfect for burgers, and sausages.

Great grill accessory!
I trimmed off the corners and separated the two hinged parts to suit my usage on Weber Smoky Joe compact grill. Goes into dishwasher for easy cleaning. Prevents flame flareups, and allows smoke thru for flavor. Glad to have it.
