Very weak magnet
Advertised as strongly magnetic, but if I put a socket in it and turn it over the socket will fall out. The magnet is barely strong enough to hold the cup on the side of a toolbox.

There are 5 small magnets in the tray. It's not like the whole thing is magnetic. Doesn't really affect the product but I think it's good to have that visualization.
