Correction: Worked fine, was an issue with my wiring
Worked as advertised, I originally had an issue with the motor controller which I needed to further troubleshoot to resolve my issue.

Mal servicio.

High torque, seems well made, some data attached
Great little gear motor, seems to be of good machined quality and materials. For the 6 rpm motor at 12VDC, I measured the stall torque using the test setup shown (accounting for the torque contributed by the weight of the pliers), and found the motor torque to be 32.3 in-lb (37.2 kg-cm).My only gripe is the lack of data sheets, especially since it appears that, in addition to gear ratio the motors also differ between rpm models.... so you can't presume that torque will be inversely proportional to rpm when comparing motors of different rpms.Attached is info obtained from an eBay listing for what I believe to be the same product, but I can't confirm so use at your own risk. Despite the many sellers of this design, I think they're all made by, or licensed from, the same Chinese manufacturer.

Fairly powerful but much smaller than they appear online
These are fairly powerful, little, units. In fact, it almost worked for my project (To raise and lower my drill press table). I believe the metal gears and construction is pretty admirable - just not powerful enough for my needs. To use this for opening a cabinet lid or drawer, I believe would be excellent - especially with the small footprint. I'm saving up for a more powerful gear motor to do what I need. I'll save this for some, other, future project.
