304 Stainless Steel Double Boiler Multipot Chocolate Melting Pot for Chocolate Candy Butter Cheese Caramel

I bought two of these. So far, I have only used them for melting chocolate, but I can see many uses. I was struggling with keeping my chocolate from overcooking, so these have been enormously useful.I like that the bottom is just flat enough that it will stand on the counter while I fill it, but round enough to stir without food getting trapped in the corners. The handle and lip loop are each spot welded in 4 spots best I can tell. I think that they will hold up over time. It is on the small side, but that is what I wanted for chocolate and sauces. I bought a large double-broiler for bigger projects.

It's a little small but I used it a ton this holiday season and not one batch of chocolate got scorched. So easy to pour into molds.

cheaply made... the handles are connected with solder. You get what you pay for, handles will heat up and soldered ends will come of after a few uses. Good for disposable uses, otherwise not a long term use.
