Very simple instructions come with the coat rack. I love mine

Q: The bottom base disc comes with two layers screwed together. Does this mean we have to unscrew all of them first in order to use the 3 part A screws?

No, you don't. It comes separate with a hole on the bottom 'layer' to access where you use an Allen wrench to screw in the bottom screws. It doesn't take long at all. Pretty user friendly
