GST)..Wonderful attitude and customer oriented nature of the installation Team..3.Wifi,ThinQ and Google Assistant working fine..All functions working as promised..4.Delayed delivery by Delhivery..(But it's OK)..5.Remote is Big, Beautyfull and having user friendly functions..6.Excellent support from Amazon and Excellent service from LG..7.Great Silent Cooling experience..8.AC's do not work on normal power plug..Had to arrange 15A plug socket (separate line from meter upto indoor unit)..9.We dint need, but Cupper Pipe (10 feet provided) and Drainage Pipe (3 feet provided) extra charge may be taken..10.We placed on the roof without stand, pay 900 Rs if stand is required..11.Overall Experience Excellent..12.Definitely it is value for money product (Got it in 36300 Rs.)..Hope this will be helpfull to others..

I wanted to nut this AC for its WIFI and Energy efficiency. The App LG thinQ has energy monitoring inbuilt. You can see the usage per hour graph in the APP. However the Google assistance interface is as dull as possible. You can ON/OFF AC, reduce /increase temperature but nothing more than that in google. The apple homekit setup could not be completed. There was no way to add this in Apple home. Remote is nit and clean. Only downside is remote is not backlit, so you cant see what you are doing with it in night.It can run on 40, 80, 110% of capacity to save energy.The big part of AC is its installation. Which is juggad and not professional. The installation teams1. Has no proper tools to do the job. They ask you for random things like Pencil, soap solutions2. They wont care for your furniture in the room. Installation is messy will leave your house littered with tapes , discarded items.3. They did not used insulation tape to cover the copper pipe. Very shoddy job. They used black electrical tape to so you cant see copper. Basically it means if you cant see it means it is insulated. Had to send photos to their boss, which after initial usual excuse of "Saar aapka problem hai" , he accepted. Sent 2 guys which put another installation tape on top of it for RS 400/-. ( They asked for knife to cut tape as well, of course )4. They forgot to close the HOLE in the wall by use of PVC. Their excuses were hilarious, customer don't provided us "white Cement" (COSTING RS 50/-). They did not asked me anything, they just forgot.5.They sharpen their tools in my house using my electricity, which were blunt.Overall Juggad is the way people do installation of AC. Where is SKILL ?Update: The communication wire between indoor and outdoor was cut. Next service guy is saying who did shoddy installation? Wanted to know their names. The indoor unit can not be detached from outdoor. The connection is deep inside wall. The hole should have to at different place. How am I supposed to know all this?The white cement is no more their. The next service is gonna be lot of work. Hope something is done about such shoddy work.

I am from hyderabad , i purchased 1 ton ac is so nice and perfect , linked with LGthinq app , easy to use . Cooling is nice and room gets cool in 5-10 mins , mine is 10×11 room , installation is perfectly done . Charged 1500 . As of now no issues . I purchased at 40k now I see the same ac is 50k .

Firstly all went well- delivery, installation, demo. And cooling is perfect. Please bear in mind you will not get copper tube in the box and hence pay during installation, submit your job sheet to Amazon customer service and receive the amount as pay balance.. the process was hassle free. Will post long term performance of AC after experiencing.Update:18 Jun 22 - This now doubt has to be one off the best on 1 ton segment. No issues does perfectly that’s described on the description. I am making this comment purely because of experience.I bought another brand- premium segment ac on the same day, installation happened same day for both. Right from installation it was a disappointing experience. But with LG, starting from Amazon’s service on reimbursing to how installation was handled. With how good the product is performing. The other premium segment ac that I purchased looks really incomparable.However, still. I believe before installation it’s also your responsibility to know some basic facts on installation process. So if installation is not done properly you can question or escalate.To conclude, no product is useless or bad or non performing to expectations, it’s how it’s installed and demo is provided. I hope the brand doesn’t cut costs here and hire inexperienced people. The premium brand did and I am complaining about it. But LG didn’t so I am happy !

1. Late delivery.. too late worst service...2. Costly 40k3. Poor installation... ( Big vent on wall cause leaking rain water) Lg service waste..4. For 40k Rs AC should come with free of installation charge.. (1415 rs service + 950 stand + 650 etc insulation) 3000rs you need to pay absolutely worst case...5. Offline shops are better compared to pricing and installation is free...

The AC was installed next day after delivery and it costed 2600 for installation which includes cost of Stand.Contrary to what many people has mentioned, the copper tube was also available in the box so no extra money needed to be shed on that.The AC cools very fast even when I am using it at 40% capacity.Being able to connect to wifi and Alexa/Google assistant is handy feature.I can control the basic AC functions by just commanding my Echo device.Moreover, the LG thinq app also shows real time energy usage and i can say that the AC is very power efficient. After using it for 10 hours, it used no more than 5 Units of electricity which is impressive.
