I love this scraper! I use it with a salve or oil for my shin splints and the tension quickly goes away. It has been such a game changer for my rehabing after long runs. The soreness goes away quick. having a lot of success. Use it without oil just straight up. Bottoms of feet get very tight. Rounded surface works well.For shin splits, i use the hook side with the point on the shin split and go up and down. Works great in addition to overall calf, feet, and hip stretching. Also recommend standing on heels and toes to work different tendon strengthening.Thank you for enabling me to do half ironman training and tennis league!
