They work...just be patient!!!
I must admit, I was definitely skeptical; however, I had nothing to lose (but these pesky pounds). I followed the directions and took the two pills daily with meals. Initially, there was no change in my appetite. I kept taking them and after they worked their way through my system (about a full 7-8 days), my appetite was immensely reduced and the pounds started melting off. I followed a 1300 calorie diet with one semi cheat day (one day that I didn’t watch what I ate) and daily 30-minute cardio workouts. After a month of this regimen plus these supplements, I lost a total of 12 lbs. Consistency is key with these and don’t give up if you don’t have immediate results - give several days before writing them off.

Lose the weight
I ordered this product though another company and it actually work's. I have gained 10 lbs to much and lost the weight in a few days I definitely recommend it. In fact I'm ordering though Amazon soon
