Well made
I bought two of these for my Conversion Van, one as a freshwater potable holding tank and the other to work in tandem as a grey water tank. These tanks have plenty of options and ports to use for my application, I installed one under my kitchen counter the other under my bunk, the plumbing options were easy considering the threaded .5" and 1.5" ports. Some reviews state when they received their tanks there were plastic shavings inside, I noticed them as well but was able to remove them via the large 1.5" threaded opening. I cut the 1.5" plug out cleaned out the shavings and then bought a threaded plug to replace it, no big deal, just took the initiative to do something about it instead of complaining and leaving a - One Star Review.I washed the tank out, sanitized them, then installed the plumbing. Also, some reviews show one of the .5" threaded ports sleeve cracked, the plumbing doesn't need to be over tightened, that can lead to damage, it's plastic not metal. One major noticeable factor, the water in the tank used for potable water had a spastic chemical taste and smell for a while (about two weeks), eventually, it disappeared. I can only assume the plastic material used to make the tank was gassing off and once that finished the water taste the same as the source. These tanks are mounted on the floor inside my conversion van, in temperatures below freezing (like 12 degrees or lower), ice world form on the tank bottom, even with a framed barrier like wood 2x3's to keep it off the van floor, ice formed, so I added insulation and use a backup pipe heater to help compensate.Note: These tanks are made of - plastic - and using a pipe heater can lead to damage or worse, I am NOT recommending using a pipe heater, I use it in extreme conditions! The ice forming in the tank during extreme cold is NO fault of the manufacturer. If I build another conversion van I plan to buy these same tanks (maybe larger capacity). I think this is a good value and well built, easy to install.

Great Fresh water or Gray water tanks!
This is the second tank I have ordered from you, all descriptions are correct, tanks are awesome. The first was installed in our pocket yacht for our galley and has been installed for about a year, no issues. The second tank was just installed in our camper. No complaints, size dimensions and capacity are correctly marked, manufacturing quality is solid, and they can take a little abuse (Our yacht tank broke free of its holding straps and bounced a bit in some rough water). It seems like you can find just about any size/capacity tank from them, in multiple form factors. The only drawback I have is that they do not offer free amazon shipping, but I can tolerate that for a proper tank!

Good tank. Must clean prior to use
Used this as a water tank for my camping trailer. Everything works as it should and you can get parts for it at any hardware store. You must flush it out prior to use as there are some plastics in it from manufacture.

Great RO/DI tank for Saltwater Aquarium
I oriented it with all the tank connections up to be the top. I cut a 4.5 " hole and installed an access port with a screw cap to allow easy cleaning. On the 14" dimension I installed a 2" Schedule 80 bulkhead and a 45 degree elbow. This becomes the fill port. Pump power and discharge are through one of the 0.5" ports.I needed the fill port as this sits under a 14" x 14" x 22" tall table to cover it so it looks nice in the family room. The fill port makes it easy to fill. With the fill port capacity is 7 gallons.Be cautious when selecting any caulk or RTV to seal things you add. Many of the caulks do not adhere well to Poly. I select one that does adhere to poly.

Used as a fuel tank.
Disclaimer: Don't try this at home. For the last year or so, I had a Jeep that had a leaking gas tank. So I've been pouring 1 gallon in at a time, and then it just leaks out, or runs out of gas depending on how much I drive it around the property... I never drive it on the street, just around my land. I looked at replacing the stick gas tank, but not only is it kind of expensive, it's also a bit complicated...So I figured polyethylene is polyethylene--it's what they make gas cans out of. They also make aftermarket "Poly Gas Tanks"... So I bought this to install behind the back seats. 2 brass fittings, 5' of fuel line, and a PVC filler neck and cap. I now have a 10 gallon gas tank that I installed in about 30 minutes. It's also clear so I can see how much gas is in it and it works awesome :)#redneckengineering

Great build, short cuts taken during assembly.
Very sturdy plastic, but as others have said there are plastic chips from the assembly process. Some of the chips are too large to fit through the holes. I contacted the seller and am waiting to hear back about a course of action. I realize that there is no health risk having the large plastic pieces in the tank, but I worry about them restricting the flow of water. I update the review once I hear back from the seller.**Update** The seller/maker got back to me quicker than my review went live. They sent me instructions on how to remove the pieces. I'm changing my review from a 3 to a 4 because my one issue is resolved and because of the quick response. I would have given a 5 if it weren't for having the issues with the debris.
