Solid SF with a hint of Jack Vance
Entertaining SF with less of the so-called 'military SF' and more focus on aspects on society and travel. Well developed characters with side-characters that comes and goes and a never ending flow of events and turns makes this book (as well as the first book 'Runner') an entertaining read. In some ways it reminds me of Jack Vance. Recommended!

Non-Stop Action, Adventure and Plot Twists
Logos Run is the sequel to "Runner" by William Dietz. He has written a fast paced novel that starts fast from the end of the previous story and continues in breakneck fashion. Jak, Lonni and Bo are working for Emperor Hios in his disembodied form, pursued by techno society agents and a trained assasin with looks that can kill! To add fun to the plot they have to deal with the acerbic LOGOS AI and the spirit of Jevan Kane who is determined to come back to the physical plane and claim what he considers to be his birthright and rightful place as head of the techno society. It is a very well told tale and that is all a reader can ask of any author! Three Cheers!

Better than average sequel
I am enamored of the use of the spirit world in this novel and the first in the series, "Runner". Nice touch adding the bad guy as an intrusive spirit. I'm looking forward to the next in the series. I'd like to see the golden child reappear. I've enjoyed these books immensely and I've been reading this stuff since 1962.There is no doubt that Dietz is one of the best. However this combination of science fiction and fantasy is really a lot of fun.

Good contiuation of a very interesting universe...
but the last two chapters were "phoned in". The book is a good addition to the original story, but the ending seems rushed, contrived, and incomplete. Some studio should buy the rights to this universe, it would make a great movie or two.

Excellent Story, Excellent Read
It finally came out on Kindle. This is part two of a series that is well written and an easy read. Dietz is one of my favorite writers and I hope everything he has is transferred to Kindle soon.
