The media could not be loaded. No complaints at all about this product, it's lovely and cute! The sound/light device is really easy to use. There are two buttons: one for operating a light function and the second for sound. My son loves both lullabies. The device glows a calming light through the tummy and the fur is delicate and incredibly soft. The projector function (when the device is removed) is very useful as allows me to delicate light up the room for night feeds. The device is charged with a standard C USB cable (provided with the toy). I highly recommend the product also as a baby shower gift. Box and toy both look professional and expensive.

Bought this as a first birthday gift for my grand-daughter. Following a bout of Covid, teething and ear infections, she’d been sleeping in Mum and Dad’s bed; as a result she was refusing to settle in her cot at all and Mum/Dad were suffering badly from sleep deprivation.From first sight, baby was delighted by the bunny and took her nap in her cot for the first time in two months. Didn’t really expect her to sleep at night in her cot as well, but she did! A few nights later and now she reaches for the bunny at bedtime, and actually prefers her own cot to her parent’s bed. As a result Mum and Dad are finally getting decent rest and starting to feel human again! She prefers the lullaby and if she stirs, the bunny quickly soothes her again, so that Mum doesn’t need to leap out of bed all the time. In fact they’re so thrilled they’ve bought a second as backup, ensuring one can be in use while the other is charging/being washed, and she can even take one to day-nursery. Fabulous buy!

I charged the device fully, used it for 2 nights and now it won’t charge up at all? How can I get this replaced?

I got this as a gift , I was looking for this magic rabbit for a long time. It is nice but the sound machine is a problem. First of all is made by a plastic looks a little bit cheap , is good that is inside the rabbit and 2nd of all is the light.. you can t let it open with the stars as it is too much light for a baby night sleep and the colour should be red for a baby not blue... otherwise the idea is good but I am not happy with the sound machine

From the moment we got this, our little one absolutely loved the rabbit! It’s so soft and very well packaged. We had a slight issue with the machine inside but customer service were so helpful and contacted us and replaced it straight away! A+++

Le lapin est hyper doux et très jolie en revanche hyper déçue car le boîtier a bruit n'a même pas fonctionner 1 journée.. Je souhaite ravoir un boîtier mais sa n'a pas l'air d'être possible..

"Benny", comme nous l'appelons à la maison, est un très bon produit. Une fois que l'on a assimilé toutes les commandes, il est facilement pris en main et même notre petit de 2,5 ans l'utilise facilement.- le son peut être baissé / monté- 2 musiques et plusieurs bruits blancs- modes son et lumière indépendants l'un de l'autre- plusieurs modes pour les étoiles / lunes qui sont projetées- facilement déhoussable pour avoir le boîtier d'un côté et la peluche toute douce de l'autre- recharge facile- un mode "continu jusqu'à déchargement complet" et un mode "une heure actif puis réactivation en cas de bruit/mouvement"MAIS, lorsque l'on a un enfant qui a des soucis de sommeil, ou simplement qui est excité par la nouveauté, on peut vite se retrouver avec un boîtier déchargé très rapidement à force d'utilisation... l'autonomie n'est vraiment pas top. Même sans l'utiliser au cours de la nuit, en le mettant sur le mode "1h puis réactivation en cas de bruit/mouvement", le boîtier a rarement de la batterie le matin (mon fils est un petit dormeur et Benny est mis en route vers 20h30 pour être branché à 8h le lendemain et généralement il n'a plus de batterie vers 5h30/6h)Bref, c'est un super produit qui aurait mérité une plus longue autonomie pour être parfait !
