In search of a gluten-free alternative to regular pasta, I came across GoGo Quinoa Organic Premium Quality Pasta.And it truly is a worthy substitute! The pasta has a pleasant taste and texture, with a chewy consistency—perfect for pairing with even rich sauces.After a few days in the fridge with sauce, they didn’t get soggy and maintained their texture; they’re still enjoyable to eat. They’re also great for soups because they don’t overcook at all.Of course, the price of $15 for 2.2 pounds is significantly higher than any gluten-containing pasta, but there’s no way around it if you want to be healthy; these days, you have to pay a premium.Not only did I enjoy them, but my kids did too, and as a mom, I always care about their health. I really like this pasta. I eat GF so I’m always looking for different types of pasta to try. The fact these were quinoa, made it even better. I made a super Mac and cheese with them along with other dishes. The noodles only take about 3 to 4 minutes to cook, so they’re quick, healthy, organic, and reasonably priced; can’t beat that.

This pasta is so good that I don’t have to make separate GF and wheat pasta. It has a great texture and flavor and it doesn’t fall apart when rewarmed either. Wish they had more shapes!

This particular brand of Quinoa is the BEST that I had tasted over many years. Its so fast to cook and easy to prepare. You feel very light after eating and digests very fasts. I would recommend this pasta to anyone who is interested in consuming organic quinoa pasta

Another product that I was introduced to at Costco and was happy to find them here. Quinoa is one of those grains people seem to avoid, mostly because they know nothing about it. But this product is a good way to add a healthy grain with fiber to any diet. Most of what I like is how quickly it cooks. It's not like typical pasta. It's lighter and have a sort of nutty flavor. I eat this alone with butter, cheese or fresh tomatoes or I mix it in with burger and other veggies using Italian seasonings. Very YUM!

I'd choose it for a lot of purposes even if I could go back to gluten in my diet. First it cooks in 3 - 4 minutes, which means I can make a quick pasta salad or mac and cheese for lunch. The pasta tastes good, and holds up well re-heated or in cold salads; it doesn't fall apart like most gluten free brands do.
