It was funny the other day
I first read Strategy of the Dolphin as a young man of around 20 years old. It was funny the other day, an entrepreneur said to me that he was initially not sure whether I was “New Age” and then he realized I was too practical to be so, but that he realized that I was not a selfish or a predatory shark. I explained confidently that I was a Dolphin and showed him the toy Dolphin in my office.I believe that this book like its successors LEAP and The Mother of All Minds serves to demonstrate that a "Dolphin Mind" can not only help one to succeed in the world, but that indeed the future of civilisation depends on us succeeding.

Great book for understanding people and who you want to work with
Great book for understanding people and who you want to work with. I little deep at times but very helpful. I would love to hear it on audible or blinkist.

Still just as relevant
It is amazing that a Business Strategy book that has been written so long ago (in modern day terms) are still so relevant. The book really give you a new perspective, changing the rat race paradigm to includes dolphins really makes one think of your own way of approaching business.

All leaders must have in their library
I have read the book many times and I see new perspective every time; I bought many copies of the books for my best friends and my best enemies. I spoke so much about the life changing effects the book had on me that all the copies in my library are all on loan and I could not get them back again.

Strong metaphor that sustains
A friend recommended Strategy of the Dolphin. Glad they did. The metaphor of dolphin, carps and sharks sustains from start to finish and the exercises at the end of each chapter reinforce the ideas covered in that chapter. Chapter 7 was a bit of a sales pitch for the Brain Corporation's assessments and some will reject the bucketing of people into carps, sharks and dolphins, but for individuals seeking to break out of the red pool in which they are swimming this book is worth reading.
