Don't cut stay rods with hacksaw. Assemble, adjust, then clip them.
Overall, a really nice pair of fenders. A bit tedious to install. Rather than measuring and cutting the fender stay rods with a hacksaw as directed in the instructions, I recommend assembling them without cutting them, adjusting everything for tire clearance and tightening the nuts, and only then cutting them with a strong wire cutter about 3/16" above the edge of the fender. You'll need a fair amount of hand strength to clip them but it's much more straightforward that way. Then you can put the end caps over the end of the stays. The hacksaw method means you'll have problems with the cut ends slipping out of the hole in the bracket and dropping the retaining nut(s). The other important thing is to take the bike off the stand after assembling the fenders and loosening the axle spindles to make sure they are all the way into the fork and the wheel is straight, before tightening the stay nuts. I also put a drop of the blue thread locker (removable) on each screw.

Difficult to install rear fender
I have a Cannondale Quick. Front fender was rather straight forward to install (keep all nuts slightly tight until final adjustment). However, the bolt through the fork was about 3/4" too long (however better to long than to short). With some difficulty sawed off extra length before assembly and then of course had trouble starting the nut. The rear assembly was a real pain: difficulty getting bottom screw into hole above crank shaft (in any event this should be done first), unable to fasten the plastic bracket to hole under seat (need a right-angle transition but also a clearance problem and gave up), used large wire cutters to snip off protruding wire fasteners but unable to attach rubber caps (lack of clearance between wire fastener and fender, finished by cutting off rubber cap nut extension and used rubber cement in cavity and pushed the remaining cap piece onto top of wire fastener (for safety). Finally, treat rear fender with care to avoid crimping fender before its attached. Once finished the polished black fenders look terrific.

Decent Fenders, Horrid Instructions
So once I finally got these on they look pretty decent, feel not too flimsy, and would have been great for the price...However, they took about 6 solid hours to get them to work. Installing fenders should not take 6 hours.I put these on my 2013 Diamondback Edgewood with a Topeak MTX bike rack. The bike frame has extra holes to attach these, so I was able to let the rack and fenders each have their own screw holes.I thankfully had all the tools I'd need except that I really wish I'd had a bolt cutter handy (the bike is now my only form of transport and the rainy season just started so going out to spend $20 on some to get these things on at home depot was not an option). The instructions are abysmal, some of the images show the parts facing backwards from how they actually fit, the steps are actually not the easiest order to get the pieces together, and there is crucial information missing such as what parts should be included (it tells you to make sure you have everything, but then doesn't list what everything is), which fender goes on which tire (which I had to Google Image Search bikes to figure out, for anyone wanting to be sure, the longer one goes on the back), and the images have no clear flow of process. Now, I'm a generally handy person, I have always loved trying new projects and often learn by taking things apart and putting them back together, but there is an air of pressure when you need the item to fit properly in order to not get soaked with muddy rain water before work.Tips on getting these things on your bike:-Have wire cutters handy for adjusting the fit outside of the appx 1/2 inch the plastic T shaped bits allow for.I did not have these, so I ended up bowing the spokes out by hand a bit on the front to get the to fit.-Make sure you have hex wrenches and a socket wrench that fit.-Put everything on loosely without the plastic bits and have a sharpie handy to mark where cuts should be made to get a good fit. then take them off, trim, and put them on with the plastic parts.-When attaching the spokes to the fenders, there is a small screw with a hole in it and a nut for each spoke point, don't follow the numbered instructions at this point, put the screw in loosely first, pop it through the hole, then slide the spoke into the hole then the plastic T (which actually needs to face the opposite direction than the picture shows so the bend will assist rather than fight the fit), then tighten the nut to hold the spoke in place. Not doing this will mean trying to force the very tiny nut on the very tiny screw when there is very little threading for it to grab onto.-If you can, take the tires off your bike once you get the right fit figured out, this would have made it much easier to screw things tight for me.

Good mudguards once installed but needed extra fittings
Now they're installed I'm happy with the purchase, but I've had to buy extras to get them to fit. I've fitted these extra wide mudguards to my gravel bike that has 700c x 45c tyres. The first issue I had was the 'Long' bolt supplied wasn't quite long enough to reach through the fitting point in the carbon forks and I ended up having to buy longer bolts. The second issue was that the support spokes aren't quite long enough in one direction (presumably due to the position of the fixing point near the axel) and I've resorted to buying Ventura extensions that have solved the issue. Having resolved the issues they look good, are pretty solid and do a good job.

Good quality
Bought as a present, so cannot give a comprehensive review. But seem good quality and were a reasonable price.

Sturdy and easy to fit
Sturdy and easy to fit, they are good quality unlike the set I bought before (which I sent back) and definitely worth the extra £5. They fit on my hybrid bike without serious modification (I actually cut about 1cm off the end of the spokes for aesthetics, but I didn't really need to).At first, they took a little adjustment every day to get them straight and make sure they weren't rubbing anywhere as everything settled into place, but now I've been riding with them on for about a month and not had to touch them.

Quality mudguards but they could be difficult to fit to your bike.
I bought these to replace the one's on my Claud Butler 28" hybrid - I thought they would be a straight swop but the stays are too long. The stays can't be adjusted because they sit in an enclosed plastic lug which is bolted to the mudguard, I therefore had to measure and cut a small bit off each stay with a hacksaw. However they do look good and are sturdy once fitted properly. They may fit other bike models without modifying but if you can use a hacksaw they are a good buy.

High quality mudguard
It is not easy to mounted( it is about your skills) light weight, be careful if you choice correct size and width, it is dependent on size of tires !!! Always check points on frame of bike where it will be mount
