No valid license for Windows 11! CORRECTION! Raetan fixed this.
UPDATE: Reatan mini pc did respond to me and eventually did provide a valid digital license for Windows 11. It was a bit of a hassel but I appreciate their ability to correct this error.Original review:The computer works great but it does not have a valid license for Windows 11 so I can't activate it. It is supposed to come with Windows 11 installed. Very frustrating as I either have to return it or spend $200 on a valid license for Windows 11. Very irritating to deal with market place sellers that misrepresent their product. I would never buy from Reatan again.

No Windows 11 pro product key with computer, support does not reply
Edit in - Amazon said to go to Reatan storefront on Amazon and create an inquiry, and provide the asin number. Seller then responded they needed a photo showing the serial number on the bottom of the NUC. Seller then responded with two product keys, because I bought two NUC's. But I don't know which key is for which NUC! I will try to find out if these are the product keys for my two NUCS or not which will identify which is which. That is important when there is a need to reinstall! Windows product keys are supposed to come with the computer even attached in most cases. More as I find out.Original review:What appears to happen is that Reatan buys a bunch of NUCs, then installs components, installs Windows 11 Pro, plastic seals it back up, then sells the computer on Amazon. Any computer seller of a computer with Windows installed is supposed to provide support for both the computer and the Windows installation. (Try to contact Microsoft, they tell you to contact the computer maker.) And the seller must provide a valid Windows Product Key so that if your drive is corrupted, damaged or broken you would have a Product key to install Windows on a replacement drive.Amazon stated they do support for some time, but when contacted about the missing key Amazon said contact Reatana and provided a support email address. I have tried to contact Reatan but had no reply. My return window is about to end.Note, if you buy any NUC, you should download drivers for your NUC model direct from Intel, especially the ethernet, in case your drive is to be replaced and you need to reinstall windows. And keep the drivers elsewhere, like a jump drive with your recovery disk you made. You always make one, right? And making an image of your drive is also wise.

I sometimes desire an i7 instead of my i5
[March 2023 Update]A major negative is that the integrated ethernet (Intel I225-V) is terribly slow with Windows 10 21H2 Pro. I can only reach 300 Mbps via Okla Speed Tests. My other PCs easily surpasses this speed. File sharing will likely be impacted by this. On the flip side, Linux Mint 20.3 LiveCD managed to max out my ISP bandwidth just like all of my other PCs. I'm not quite ready to upgrade Windows 10 Service Pack nor Windows 11 just to see if it improves. Thankfully, this NUC isn't used nearly as much as my other PCs.[Original Review]When running 2 youtube videos at 2x playback speed during occasional research, my i5 with 32gb RAM struggles. From what I've heard, the i7 tends to throttle its fans more frequently, so perhaps I made the right decision by settling on the i5.5K 60Hz video works via front/rear Thunderbolt 3 ports as well as rear Mini DisplayPort. However, only 1 5K output will work at any given time. When using an 8K 4x2-port DisplayPort KVM Switch, the rear Thunderbolt port works, but the Mini DisplayPort flickers incessantly. I long for the day when a NUC can handle 2x 5K displays so that I can connect directly to monitor and KVM switch simultaneously.

On time delivery. Product as advertised. Easy to set up. Works out of the box
Mom had an older custom built desktop computer that was 2.5'x2.5'x1' that was in need of some upgrades. This product arrived on time and as advertised. Easy to set up and get going straight out of the box. Mom thought it was just a toy at first because it was so small and so light. Turns out this wasn't just an upgrade, it was a revolutionary game changer. Everything about this computer was fast and flawless. Big bonus is that it is so small and light, much smaller than even packing a book, that you could easily put it in a bag to accompany you on trips and stay connected. HDMI into the back of the TV for beautiful graphics and video. Likely upgrading my computer to this model in the near future as well.

Fast quiet small
i5 tall, 32 GB, 1 TB. Handles Adobe Lightroom and Photoshop just fine. I don't do video games. NUC arrived on time in sealed packaging without any bloatware. Installation of software and files has been uneventful. The Thunderbolt port is powering and feeding my Seagate USB 3.0 backup hard drive. The NUC has been quiet, inaudible really, even though the variable speed fan is always on, at a low RPM usually. A highly satisfying performer at a super nice price. My Gen 6 Intel i7 Dell XPS desktop is now history because it is bulky and will not upgrade to Windows 11.
