Curbs hunger. Updated review
It has only been one week since my use. I will definitely update my review after one month.So I have lost 1 kg but but but… I am not very hungry now and am having about three bowel movements in a day. So it can be due to water loss in body. I have not felt any kind of inch loss yet, not even cm. No side effects though.Updated: It has been few weeks, lost 1.5 kgs but I am severely constipated. I m doing IF 16:8 and am taking good diet. But I am so badly constipated tha my rectum has started to hurt and is sore for any more trials of bowel movement. I have decided to stop it’s use now.

No magic pills
