Works wonderful! Amazing chair worth the price.
The media could not be loaded. This chair has helped me since I got it, I can feel the posture position straighting my spine reducing and taking away the back pain . Has been working for me, and I'm a tall guy 5"11 and the adjustments work, the negative reviews I don't understand them , you can adjust the wheels move fine and rotate great, easy to maneuver. The cushion is so comfortable it's designed to be comfortable. I use it for hours on end writing essays and doing data entries I'm chubby as well. It's very safe very durable and easily adjustable. My knees are comfortable and for people who are not used to sitting like that don't blame the chair it's your posture the chair works wonders! People who have medical conditions this isn't a miracle chair it's gonna help you tho like it's designed too. These negative reviews seem unreasonable you are getting exactly what you're paying for.

Super easy assembly, high quality and very comfy
This is my second kneeling chair (the one I bought years ago from a different manufacturer broke last week). I love the design overall- it prevents back pain and allows me to sit at my standing height drafting table comfortably. I go between standing and sitting without having to adjust anything. This chair specifically is very well made- my previous one was a little rickety right from the beginning and it is obvious that the Dr. Lomilomi brand is higher quality. I like that the center post is a hydraulic adjustment rather than manual (my last was manual) and that the seat/knee padding is superbly deep and comfy. It has handles next to the seat which I didn't understand in the images but it actually makes the seat easier to use and sit on without the chair rolling away so that is an unexpected bonus too. The wheels move really really smoothly- I am plus size and I use it on carpet so that is saying something! The only down side is when the seat is at it's highest and you are sitting on the seat and proceed to put your knees on the kneeling pad the space between the seat and knee pads feels narrow. If my calves were just a little bigger the gap would feel tight to stick my legs in. Once sitting properly with knees pressing into the pads that gap is totally comfortable and would be fine for someone with much larger calves so its just the initial kneeling that feels tight.Happy with my purchase!

First Impressions
Update after months of use: I do like this chair still but I find it's only tolerable to use for about an hour max. It helps to work core muscles and encourages good posture. In combination with my standing desk, I like it.I *just* put this together and it is my first day sitting on it. I plan to update this review after I've used it for a while. First, I am not savvy when it comes to putting things together and I was able to put this chair together in about 15 minutes. I love that it roles because it makes it easier to get in and out of, and I love the side handles. The padding on the seats is comfortable. I bought the one with a back and I really like that feature, though I notice my back hurts less when I don't use the back rest. My lower back is hurting but I suspect it is because I have very poor posture and the muscles there are getting fatigued. I might try switching between chairs if it is too difficult to work 8 hours like this, just until my back muscles are more built up, though leaning on the back rest does help somewhat. Another thing to know is that I have knee and hip pain, and so far, kneeling feels OK. I also have tried kneeling with one knee and having my other foot on the floor, and this feels really good. Alternatively, you can place both feet on the floor to the sides of the foot rest, which opens up the pelvic area and gives another option if your shins start to hurt. Ultimately, the more you shift positions throughout the day, the better (from what I've read).

Good and Helpful
The media could not be loaded. My mom loved the chair. It’s stable and safe. My mom is 5 ft, and a little bit overweight but she feels good on it… she said it keeps her with a good posture while working. It’s good when you need to sit for long hours. You can take off the back part if you prefer. It is soft for your lower part.. and it has wheels which make it easy to move around.Should try it if you suffer back pain.

It hurts my shins and is unusable, even with adjustment.
I'm 6'1", But I don't think you have to be tall to have this problem. The "knee" pad just doesn't align at the right angle. Even after adjustment for greater height (by moving a bolt) the lower portion digs into my shins at the lower/rearward edge of the padding. The padding would be thick enough, but no matter how I sit I can't get my legs to carry weight anywhere except a single point on my shins, where padding is thin. This chair is literally unusable, at least for me.

The Best Kneeling Chair I've Ever Owned
I've been using kneeling chairs since my dad gave me one in the 80's. At one point, I owned the original variable balans. This version is the best I've bought so far.It appears to be commercial grade, and that makes sense because the seller seems to specialize in massage therapy equipment. Assembly was simply attaching the wheels (disposable wrench included) and inserting the pneumatic lift. 4 mins? Done! There was a part that didn't feel quite right, and when I notified the seller, they sent me a replacement. Received in 3 business days. Great customer service! The padding is thick (4"?) and the leather feels nice and very real. The wheels are in-line skates grade. I can see winning a race in the office with this chair. Solid chair. Solid purchase.

Not Great
I had to return the chair because even though it was beautiful and firm, it was very uncomfortable. The material pulled at my skin when I wore shorts. The shin support pad put too much pressure on my legs, making them fall asleep within minutes and causing a lot of pain. On top of that, I had trouble detaching the piston after assembly and was charged a return fee. My advice is to avoid buying this chair unless you're absolutely sure it's what you need. Make sure to try one in person first!
