OK, the product worked extremely well until it didn't!About 11 months after purchase it would no longer take a charge. It would power up and then shut down, but it would not take a charge. I understand other purchasers have had the same problem. I suspect it may be the charging port, as the battery still has some life in it. No matter it ceases to function. Too bad, as I said, it worked extremely well and I used it everyday, either taking and making business calls or listening to my audio books for hours on end.*The good news is the seller, Desenwo Tech, lived up to their guaranty and replaced the until with a similar product.I paid about $100 for a brand name device that did not function any better or maybe even as well. So for the money I paid for this one, along with the seller's guaranty, I think I am ahead of the game.

I bought both these headsets at the same time charge them at the same time and rotated them one after another so that always have one always charged and switch them out the first one died June 19th would not take a charge anytime after that the second one died July 8th will not take a charge I don't understand why they not taking a charge based on their claims of good sound rejection or noise rejection not really complaining about that but the fact that they're already not taking a charge from the date I bought them I give him a hate not even one star this product does not last

For the money, this is one of the best blue-tooth hands-free headsets on the market. It's a bit clunky and inflexible to get around your ear but for the money (and this is an outstanding price point for the quality of the call one can have) it's an outstanding value. I have not less than 5 blue-tooth headsets for my Samsung Galaxy S7 and this is my home unit. I use a Plantronics at work but this one, with exception of not being as flexible when fitting it around my ear, is the one I use exclusively at my house. The call quality is very good on both send and receive and the functionality of the unit is very straightforward. I haven't had any issue with battery life either.

Update:Worked before. And two weeks later doesn't work at all.In terms of the range, it has a nice range, I can use it from about 15 feet away and the phone did not disconnect. It was super easy to connect and did not take a long time so that was great. I have another set from voyager that comes in a similar case but you can charge the case and the case can charge the ear piece. The sound quality is fine. The major issue I have had is that it keeps falling off my ear. I do not really have small ears. It has fallen off while I was walking. I have switched the ear bud too but it didnt help. I am afraid its going to fall and break.

PRO: After using this for a little bit I'm happy to say that the incoming sound quality is very good and everyone I spoke to related that I was coming in loud and clear to them as well. It's fairly comfortable for an in-the-ear piece, and stays on no problem, though that's a much more subjective appraisal, obviously.CON: I found the range to be less than 30 feet, with the sound quality getting quickly static-y at around 20 feet. I was hoping for it to exceed 30 feet, as other bluetooth headsets I've had in the past do. Ultimately, this isn't a deal breaker for me since I plan to use this mostly in the car, but it would have been nice to have more range around the house if using it.

it's a very solid device. Connected to my iPhone 6s without any issues. It also has really good Bluetooth range. Good volume on it, I could hear the person talking to me with my window down driving in the car. They also could hear me as well clearly.ONLY ISSUES I HAD WITH THIS DEVICE.1. This device didn't fit my ear properly. I had to keep adjusting it to keep it from falling off my ear every 4-5 minutes.2. (not that big of an issue) there is no feature call activate Siri. Unless you turn on the "Hey Siri" option on your phone.

Plus the bud covers make a comfortable fit for using all day long.The sound received is great and I have been told that the sound heard on the other end of a conversation is equal to that of a landline phone.When I first started using the BlueFit, I didn't tell anyone I was talking to that I was using a cell phone until the conversation was about to end. People were surprised to know that. I had my landline number transferred over to my cell phone, so people that called me did not realize they were calling my cell. The adaptability to use with either ear is a bonus for me. I recommend this BlueFit to anyone that uses a cell phone
