Worked great, using the high power.It was strong enough to remove wax. Recommend using in shower stall.Pro Tip: Clip your finger nails first, then if all the wax is not removed, insert whichever finger fits snuggest, into your ear & twist your finger or move your finger while inserted in your ear so that you create a slight vacuum seal.DO NOT insert anything other than your finger!!Then twist or move your wet inserted finger, away from your ear, while causing a slight wet suction, until the seal is broken.I was able to remove a large, stubborn piece of earwax this way. It fell directly into the water cup that is proved.Suddenly, I could hear again, out of that ear. YAY.
