She has it right
Jayne is very much on to something here. She correctly points golf world's obsession with focusing only on the technical aspects of the swing. With years of lessons under my belt, she's right in asserting that after so many instructions, my brain is/was overloaded with step by step sequences I'm supposed to follow to hit the ball true. And when there's pressure, my brain just doesn't follow them . Even though, if I could get out of my own way, I'd be just fine and my scores would have gotten better. But they have! Be willing to let go of western methods and try embracing eastern ideas. It's worth a shot. Or two!

Essential
A brilliant follow-up to Breathe Golf…both books are essential reads for coaches of any kind. I can’t recommend her work more enthusiastically.

great book
If you want to play better golf this will help a lot. Learning to swing in balance using these techniques will not only improve your ball striking but it clear your mind of a lot of frustration. I have seen dramatic improvements from this because I was willing to try this method.

How to get into the Zone and Stay There
I just finished reading and outlining Connected Golf. Jayne’s work is a break-through guide to becoming an effortless golfer provided you do the work, drills and exercises she recommends. Jayne has bridged the gap between traditional technical and mental training of golf to a new level of peak performance mastery. If you want to be a much better golfer, you must read this book and learn how to get into the Zone and out of your own way. You’ll learn you can’t think your way through a action that takes one and a half seconds to complete. Golf is about fluid motion not static positions.Mike Rodgers

Such an inspiring book and extremely helpful guide!
Jayne does an amazing job of breaking down complex concepts of the mind-body connection. This a great book for anyone who has the personal growth spark inside them! I would highly recommend for any athlete or person looking to improve their performance in sports or just in life in general!

Another step forward
I've been a student of Jayne's for some time, including the pleasure of 2 lessons in person, and I am the ideal student as I am constantly tempted to go down technical rabbit holes and wind up in "paralysis by analysis". Plus I have a tendency to get tense under pressure, so Jayne's first book "Breathe Golf" was manna from heaven. Now with her new book she's gone deeper into the biochemical processes active during the swing and produced some striking new insights into what's going on and how using Tai Chi-related processes we can improve our game. Reading this book I had several "ah ha " moments and I'm already noticing the improvements. I strongly recommend both books as complementary to one another. Might feel a bit frightening learning to "let go" at the start but the benefits are worth it and longer-lasting than any other techniques I have tried.

Practical, sensible, and will work.
I have read this book from cover to cover. I am a single figure golfer, who has over years, read all manner of golf books. This one is worth every penny, and using techniques from her previous book, enables me to sit and practise, whilst rehab ankle. Breathe enjoy.

Excellent
Following on from Breath golf, Jaynes new book is making me a better golfer, I don't know how a non golfer can give information on golf but Jayne certainly has a way of doing it.
