These can only be used with a bench press or other heavy duty tool. They are to hard for the standard grommet tools and actually ruin the hand tools. The written description should note a press is needed.

The quality of the grommets were good. The problem was the add said size #2. I have a press with a #2 die. These grommets were too big for my die. So it is evident that there is a double standard in the grommet industry.

The hole in the washer that the grommet slips into was cut too large. The product isn't nearly as malleable as brass and doesn't "crown" over easily when it's pressed . It flattens. It would work if the hole in the washer was smaller and fit snugly around the grommet. I compared it with brass grommets that I have and it's just plain manufactured wrong. Every grommet was a challenge.

I could not use these in my grommet press. Impossible to compress.

The description should state you can not use it with a hand tool! It was a waste of money

Could not use! Impossible to compress with either a die by hand or a press. Also constantly gets stuck on die and would have to pry the grommets out every time!

The item arrived and is not in the color that is shown in the photos. For the price there are much better options for stainless grommets.
