Easy to read and understand book. Also I already had learned a little bit about Tantric methods and theory, nonetheless found this book very useful.

If you are just getting started without a basic internet search, this would be very helpful. But with the number of times this book repeats itself (sentence for sentence at times) without giving too many more elucidating tips than found on the internet, I was a little disappointed. While there were helpful elements and the price was good, there was just very little new content. If you haven’t begun to search at all or are just looking to be more intimate with your spouse it is good. But if you are looking to dive into authentic tantra, it is not brimming with the history and precision of the actual exercise. That being said, it was a good reminder and compilation of intimacy options that can spice things up, but it did not enhance my knowledge of tantra proper.
