The shoes came within the delivery time frame. It fits well. However, only one side of the black sole padding was missing. It should be a pair.

These have declined in quality greatly. The straps could rip off easily, not the same as my previous pair.Disappointed

I wen a half-size bigger, and it's still a little tight. But I think if I go up another size it will not fit right either, so I'm trying it as is.

The shoes were uncomfortable, feet slid forward. The return process for the shoes was easy.

While these are the perfect low heeled dance shoes, you must definitely order a whole size larger. I thought I would get away with a half size larger and was wrong. I am returning these, but will re-order in the full size larger

The shoe is beautiful. The second pair I bought because I thought it would fit better but I'm having more of a problem with my foot. I checked the other day if I could return the pair and they said it was beyond the return date. Can you help me out? I would like to return them because they'll never be worn.

We ender up trying 6 different pair of character/ballroom type shoes like this from Amazon, after trying on only Capezios at a dance shop. We read these are supposed to be tight but when used as character shoes and not as a dancer, you don't have months to break them in. Many shoes we tried were very tight in the front and too long behind the heel even though my daughter does not have wide feet. That's just how they are made. So for a typical size 7 Medium foot, we ended up satisfied enough to keep these in a 7.5 Wide. This made them just big enough to comfortably wear.

Shoes not a true to size shoe. Definitely not accurate sizing chart. I’m a size 11 usually and sized up to 12w as suggested. These fit like a 10. I guess I could bind my feet like a Shang Dynasty lady. Disappointed I won’t be wearing these otherwise lovely looking shoes

Those shoes are made very narrow

Runs very small and you would need one full size up! They are beautiful shoes though.

I liked them but too small, so I’m going to try one more time. Everything else that I ordered was great.
