Master treatise by a master chef
I found this book after having been recommended Ian McAndrew's 'A Feast of Fish' by a Michelin star chef no less. Carefully thought out and well presented, this book is perfect for both amateur and professional cooks. There are a host of fabulous recipes, as well as useful guides as to how to prepare freshly caught game and fish.

a top class cookbook from a top class chef
this is the best cookbook i have ever come across for real restaurant cooking,all the recipes are of michellin standard and if you can get hold of a copy i urge you to buy a copy as the author/chef is of the old school classical french style.a true masterpiece.
