This dehydrator has been so much fun to work with. Since my husband and I committed to eating healthier this year, this kitchen appliance has tremendously helped us incorporate more fruits and vegetables. It comes with an instruction manual and recipe book which is very helpful those like me who are beginners in dehydration. It’s easy to use and the stainless steel racks are good grade quality and can be washed in the dishwasher safely. The time and temperature is displayed on the front. I can control the temperature setting using the increase/decrease button which helps when I’m making yogurt which can be temperamental. I love the fruit roll sheet where I spread my blended strawberries to make fruit leather for my kids. They absolutely love it!

The media could not be loaded. This dehydrator is so nice and simple to use. My previous dehydrator was super complicated and was such a headache to clean but this one was super easy to use, and clean. I've only made deer jerky so far (several batches) and it's done an excellent job. The jerky is consistently dehydrated across all 9 racks. This dehydrator is so quiet and made the best jerky in less time even than the recipe called for. We are pretty picky about our jerky, so this is a real win. Love the included recipe booklet. Very high quality and solidly built.

First let me say I bought this in June of 2022 - it is now December, I have had quite the love relationship with it, but it ended last night, so glad I waited to share anything it. After six months of use - maybe using about 3 times a month, it has decided to not heat properly. I did not buy an additional warranty so I am out of luck...so I would say - great product but not a long lifespan - buy the warranty if you are purchasing this dehydrator.

Final Update: My best friend came to my house today and we set up the dehydrator. Everything looked good. Started fine and within 5 minutes started sparking AGAIN.... I'm done with this!!!!! Just take your money outside and burn it.----------------------UPDATE TO REVIEW: After leaving this review the company did reach out to me and sent a new unit. While I appreciate that EVENTUALLY they did respond. It is kind of too little too late. As I stated in my review this was a birthday gift for my best friend. Because of it's poor performance and lack of response from the company I had to purchase another unit from a different seller. The one I bought seems to be working fine. It is within the return window but I cannot justify to myself returning a unit that is working perfectly to a company that has already reached out to me just to thank me. So, bottom line. The replacement one is sitting here in the box. I'm sure she will use it at some point. But I am still out the 200$ I had to pay twice in order to get her a working birthday gift. So, yes, they eventually sent another unit. But I'm still feeling burnt with this purchase.---------------------------I bought this in May for my best friends birthday in July. That was my first mistake. It did not give her the time needed before the return window closed. It started sparking within a few weeks, emails to customer service went unanswered. Now it doesn't work at all, just blows cold air. Again multiple emails went unanswered. I am a long time Amazon Prime customer with several hundred orders placed. This is by far the worst experience I have ever had and I might as well have taken that money outside and burned it. If you decide to purchase this unit. Please be sure to open it immediately and give yourself time to be able to return it. And don't count on customer service for ANYTHING.

Easy to operate... it is on the loud side when compared to my other dehydrator (SENDRY Food Dehydrator with 6 Stainless Steel Trays-this one is super quiet) I needed a larger dehydrator so I kept it. Other than it being loud, I have no other complaints about it. I love that it has 9 trays which gives me the option of using them all OR piling a lil more on a tray and leaving out 1 or 2 trays. Versatile.

I have had this now for almost 2 years. Ive made jerky, dehydrated veggies to grind into spices....fruit leathers....dehydrated veggies...it is a work horse!

It worked well when it did. I have been using it a lot more recently, particularly to dry pineapple. It takes several days to dry and after the 6th week of using it every week for about 5 or more days, the heating elements stopped heating, so now its only blowing air. One element on the digital readout also failed and now you have to guess what it is showing. Good for occasional use, but if you plan to use it often, buy something else.
