لدي ثلاث مكانس نفس الماركة وكانت قوية جداً بالتنظيف وتستطيع تسلق بعض الأشياء الموجوده التى قد تعيق حركتهاولكن هذا النوع هادىء جداً وليست لديه القوة التي في المكنسه القديمةحتى الصوت للتبيهه صوت ضعيف جداً ولا يكاد يسمع إلا بصعوبةلم أرجع المنتج لأني احتاج له وكلي ثقه في الشركة المصنعة

Wifi connection
Trying to connect to the wifi it says that description of restricted areas… even if I choose UAE it doesnt allow connecting. Trying to contact the seller the automation doesnt allow me proceed with my question.Please clarify the origin of the device

Gray goods will not work in UAE
I was sent a vacuum that was imported from India. This product is from India and will not connect to the app in UAE.
