I've wanted something like this for a while now. Realising that the cold weather was likely to cause a problem for my motorbike's battery if I left it at the airport while I was on holiday for a week, I thought it was prudent to have this product handy.Well, my friends, as it happened I needed it just a few nights ago. The temperature had dropped to minus 4 C, and the bike just couldn't start (a 700cc Honda, with a 5-week old battery). I attached the clamps to the terminals, turned the key, pressed the starter button and INSTANTLY the bike started! Wow! It doesn't start that quickly when the battery isn't dead! What a product! I was saved and on my way home within a few minutes.

Stupidly left my motorbike key in my bike for 3 days. In the past I've been able to bump start it with the help of friends. This time the battery was REAL flat as evidenced by the fact it wouldn't bump start at all. Connected this to the battery, pressed the ignition and it started first time. Perfect size and weight. I would say the red and black connectors are very short, not sure how it would reach a car battery connectors as only just reached my.bikr and the battery is quarter the size of my car one.

I tested it when fully charge on a 3 cylinder VW polo with a flat battery, it managed to turn it over once before fully discharging and failed to start the car. There are much better ones out there I believe but this one was a waste of my money!

Works fine

Works perfectly. My battery really needed replacing as it kept dying on me every other day. I just didn’t have the time. This saved the day! Charge overnight via usb, clip on the car battery wait a few seconds, and car started first time, every time. Really useful thing to keep in the boot in case of emergency.

Bought this to try and jump start my fiesta after a spell of not starting. States in the product description it is suitable up to 3.0L, failed to start my 2.0L petrol car. Up to 3.0L must be the capacity of the jump cable as the battery pack simply did not have enough power to start it, however i tried with 2 and this worked fine. Attached one without turning over and all the lights come on and the interior of the car works fine, removed the starter and attached another while the electrics were still working to turn the engine over to which it started! However too much hassle, I have returned. Should be great for smaller cars but if you are trying to start anything over 1.2/1.4 I recommend getting a 1000Amp starter as 400 is simply not enough.

I brought this to be able to jump my motorbike and works and absolute treat. I tried jumping my 1.5 car and didn’t budge. So anything smaller it’s great. Light, compact, easy to use. Would recommend.

When it first arrived I was ready to send it back as it didn't look powerful enough to start my 1.6 cmax, I'm glad I didn't! It's small but mighty, car fired straight up. Also came with charging leads for phones which I wasn't expecting. Gonna keep it on charge as I don't think the charge will last very long but for the money, well worth it!
