My wife and I both suffer from aches and pains after waking up in the mornings. We have tried many things, including sleeping with regular pillows at night between our legs for comfort and to help cushion our legs. We regularly wake up after a night of sleep moaning and complaining about lower back pain. We had never tried a knee pillow with Memory Foam and when I came across this one on Amazon, we decided to give it a try to see if it would make a difference for us. I am glad we did. We decided that we would order one for her to try first, but now I wish we would have ordered another one for me.On the very first night of using this pillow while sleeping my wife commented about how comfortable it was for her. She said that it was like a cloud between her knees and that it felt like the pillow wasn't even there. She was pleasantly surprised the next morning when she woke up refreshed and crawling out of bed without the normal lower back pain that she normally has without this product. She was worried that the pillow would not allow air flow but to her satisfaction, she said that it was very soft and breathable. She said the size was perfect for her and gave plenty of support all night without being to bulking.Thanks to this pillow she will be getting a better night sleep and hopefully I will too after I order mine. Great product!

I really wanted this pillow to help with leg, hip pain but was a bit disappointed. Although I do like it overall, I can't use it every night because it doesn't eliminate as much pain as the body pillow I purchased recently does. When I put this pillow in between the lower part of my legs (calf area) it caused discomfort between my knees and thighs after a few minutes. When I raise it and put it between my thighs it's uncomfortable on my ankles. So, I am only really able to use this pillow for brief periods time.

I was pleasantly surprised at how nice this pillow was. I really like that it has a removable cover. It's a very soft material and seems like it will hold up when washing it. The foam held it's shape well even though I'm not a small person. I was happy at how much of a difference this was from trying to use a normal bed pillow. This really keeps my posture aligned like it should be when sleeping or laying down. I only wish I had ordered one when I was pregnant. It really would have helped me get some extra sleep.

Recently received only used a few times yet. Haven't quite found the perfect position for. Me but I have a lot of neuropathy and varicose veins in my legs, I've only used it half the night so far then switch back to my regular flat pillow.

I'm having a hard time getting used to the pillow. While it's comfortable on one part of my leg, it's most uncomfortable on other parts of my leg. It digs in. I have yet to be able to sleep an entire night through with it, so as of right now I'm not sure it will relieve my hip/leg pain. Jury is still out, but I haven't given up yet.

A little bulky so takes a couple of nights to adjust to, but provides just the right amount of support between knees and the right consistency -- not too squishy or too hard.

Bought this for my husband since he has a lot of back pain. We also have a memory foam topper on our pillow top bed but he still continues to have pain. He has had a little relief but not as much as he had hoped for. The pillow is pretty small, but the cover is removable which is nice.

I have very bad sciatica, 2 herniated discs in l4 and l5 and arthritis (for a 27 year old go figure) this pillow helps so much with laying down! I no longer have to wait for my husband to pass out to throw my leg on top of him (c'mon we do it) thank you so much for letting me lay comfortably. Totally worth the buy.
