I appreciate the seller's responsiveness, and although this bag is still too small for my purposes, I would definitely recommend it to someone who doesn't need too much space. A laptop of 15 inches or smaller, plus a couple notebooks and maybe a small water bottle, should fit fine.ORIGINAL REVIEW: At the time of this review, there are eight backpack options listed on this Amazon page: three bag styles, each in multiple colors. I ordered the one called "gray-2," which is light gray with a black border, and has a decorative flap with buckles (see pictures).The product description lists the dimensions as "14x18x7 inches (LxHxW)." The bag is actually smaller. It measures 13x17x4 inches (LxHxW).Maybe the listed dimensions are accurate for one of the other bag styles, or maybe they're wrong for all of them. Either way, I had to return this bag. Even though the height is just one inch off its listed value, it means my 15.6" laptop barely fits, and the laptop case does not fit at all.What's more, I thought that with 7 inches of depth, I'd be able to easily fit my laptop, charger, mouse, water bottle, and slim lunchbox. I have another backpack that's 7 inches deep, and it fits these with room to spare. But since this backpack is actually only 4 inches deep, I could barely fit the laptop and water bottle. The backpack does not expand much, so it's basically the same size empty as it is full.On the other hand, if you're not looking to carry that much stuff (maybe just a smaller laptop and a notebook), the bag does have some nice features. It's made of quality material, which seems like it will hold up well. It's very stylish. It has a pocket in front under the flap that velcros shut, just the right size for a folder. It has pockets on the sides that are just big enough to fit an average smart phone.All in all, I wish I could keep this bag, but it just can't carry everything I need.

Love this backpack! Have gotten several compliments in the past couple of months at my university and has also withstood all of the lugging around. Its the perfect size for my laptop, but the side pockets are a little disappointing because they are so small.
