Mesh Disposable Underwear Travel Panties Handy Briefs, Quick Dry, Stretchable, Breathable, Lightweight

My mom recently had her hip replaced. She asked me to find some underwear that wouldn't irritate the incision. I read a lot of the reviews for this type of underwear from many of the different sellers.When I read all four of the "Five Star" reviews for this particular pair, I laughed out loud. The reviews are obviously fake...typed into Google Translate: "Satisfy!" "Perfect for the maternity women" "when wearing the pant,it feel the elasticity is better" "these panties have helpful role for pregnant woman".I wasn't sure if my mom would actually need them, so I held off on buying them until she decided. After she decided she did want them, I was in a rush and accidentally ordered from this seller...the SAME seller I laughed at for the fake reviews! DOH! I did take into consideration that most everyone (in reviews for the same or similar underwear) said that they run small. My mom is not small, so I ordered the XXL-XXXL thinking, surely these will fit. HA! When they arrived, I pulled them out of the package and realized they were definitely NOT a "regular" XXL-XXXL.I am between a size 6-8 and they fit me, but rolled up on my legs the second I sat down. So, for comparison- XXL-XXXL = American Size 6-8.I am going to attempt to attach pictures of me wearing them so you can see for yourself just how small these are. (As I write this, I am not seeing an option to add a photo.) For reference, I am 5' 4" and I weigh 143 pounds.I guess I should say they appear to be well made and are sturdier than I thought they'd be. They also appear to be washable. I just don't appreciate being misled with seemingly normal sizes. I also want to send a shout out to "Ailice" for her awesome review. :/
