Very comfortable bed - feels firm and supportive yet soft enough to cradle you on top. Love the side support system! Our last foam mattress had such soft sides that you really could not sit on the edge at all. This bed is so much better I really can't believe the difference.

Box came in a little beat up, but I have been using this since Jan 2017 and I have loved it very much so far. The wife and I both find it very comfortable

I would like to return this mattress?I know it is past 30 days.The mattress is the best we have tried at the beginning.The edge support is good.The mattress was good, now getting soft, getting impressions that are unbearable.I have been sleeping upside down, when that doesn't work, I sleep on the floor, or couch.I am in extreme pain, shoulders r the worst. I am a side sleeper.I should of returned it sooner, but my journey with many mattresses has been a hardship.My doctor said to get off this mattress, I will have curvature of the spine.Finally, the smell, oh my goodness.It doesn't go away.The bedroom reeks of this smell, making sleep impossible.I assumed the smell would go away, it has not.This to is a terrible experience, making us sick.I am having headaches, fatigue, sore throats, etc.Please accept my plea for return of this mattress, or money back.I plead my case, not revising it on Amazon.Sincerely,

This review was written after the first night of sleeping on the mattress. I purchased this mattress to replace our 7 year old pillow-top spring mattress. I have severe lower back pain, especially when waking up in the morning. I am hoping this new mattress will be able to help alleviate some of the pain.First off, I ordered this mattress, as well as a steel slatted platform, and a mattress protector, all from Amazon (on my wife's Prime account). I already received the mattress and the platform, but am still waiting on the mattress protector. Interestingly, the heavier items arrived first. Shipping was lightning fast, considering these are heavy items, and I live in Hawai'i. I placed the order on Cyber-Monday, the mattress arrived on Thursday, and the platform arrived on Friday!The mattress arrived in good condition in a large, heavy box, with normal wear from shipping and some water/oil spots. Since I did not have any help, I had to "walk" the box from my front door to my bedroom. After setting up the platform, I unpackaged the mattress, which was neatly vacuum-sealed within the box. Enclosed was a special cutting tool, similar to a letter opener, in order to safely remove the plastic seal without damaging the mattress.Placing and unrolling the mattress, with help this time, onto the platform was a breeze, and it fit perfectly. The enclosed instructions said to allow 30 minutes for the mattress to take shape before sleeping on it, which was very quick, and the mattress would fully inflate in 48-72 hours.We used our old mattress protector. In lying on the bed for the first time, I noticed it was much more comfortable than my old mattress with there being more support and less pressure points. With that being said, it's easy to adjust, roll, and move around in bed. I did not notice a smell coming from the mattress until waking up the next morning. The mattress sits well on the platform with the slats being spaced 6 1/8" apart from eachother with very little sagging. I have not owned a memory foam mattress before, so it would be difficult for me to compare, but I am able to sit or lie on the edge of the mattress without concern of falling off, supposedly because of the reinforced edges. This mattress comes with a 30 night trial and a 10 year no hassle warranty and is MADE IN USA. I will keep posted as time goes on.

As a person with chronic back, hip and neck issues, I cannot say enough positive things about this mattress!! Since acquiring the medium firm mattress, I have had a better nights sleep than I have in YEARS!! I paid over $1000 for my last mattress and within a 6 week time frame came to the conclusion that getting a pain free night's sleep was never going to happen for me. My Sure2Sleep mattress has surely proven me wrong. Like the box says, "If Rip Van Winkle had this mattress, he would still be sleeping." And I could not agree more!! It was super easy to take out of the box and set it up. And as a person who recycles, the packaging was very minimal. I have already and will continue to recommend this mattress to anyone and everyone!!

I have been sleeping on this mattress for almost 3 months. It is by far the most comfortable mattress I have ever slept on. My wife loves it, especially the edge support as she likes to keep one foot off the side of the bed. She sleeps on her side and I sleep on my stomach, we are both extremely happy with it. I have recommended it to 4 of my friends who have purchased it and they thank me every time they see me.

Great mattress right out of the box! No smell like other foam mattresses I've used. States Med-Firm and is actually softer than I expected. You will "sink-down" into this mattress which worried me at first. However after sleeping on it for a month now, my wife and I are very pleased. I am a "back" sleeper and she is a "side" sleeper. 5-Star Rating!
