I have back problems and when I stand for a long time in the kitchen, the pain is difficult so I decided to get this stool to use when I had to be in there for a long time. It's perfect. We do have vinyl floors and I would be very careful sitting down on it because the first time I used it, it went out of under me so now, I'm more careful when I'm sitting down on it.

I actually bought this stool to use as a drum throne, which is not what it’s typically used for, but for the price and what appeared to be thick padding and a wide range of height adjustment, it was honestly a much better deal than offered on any drum stool. I am very happy with it, super easy to put together, the padding is definitely nice and thick and the hydraulic up and down adjustment of the height is effortless and works great. The wheels roll nice, even though I don’t need it to while playing drums, I just put a carpet beneath it and that issue was instantly solved. If you are using this to roll on any moderate to thick carpet, just be aware that it’s not going to do well and would need very short carpet, similar to indoor/outdoor carpet or any type of office carpet would work well.

The seat is very comfortable and hasn't lost any support. Wheels roll easily, seat adjusts smoothly, no signs of wear and tear after almost a year of use.

Nice stool for the price. Haven't used it a whole lot so time will tell with reliability but out of the box really nice for the price

This stool has worked perfectly at my pottery wheel. I am able to adjust it to the height I needed when centering and throwing a taller piece. It was easy to assemble and it is easy to clean.

I bought two of these. We used them in our craft room at first. Very handy for scooting across the room from one project to another. They store easily under a table or desk, out of the way until needed.I’m 80, so more and more I find myself sitting, when I can to do projects. I’ve moved one of these to the garage and I can now sit and roll from tire to tire when checking air pressures or just thinking about what I’m going to do next.If there was a negative it would be how easily they roll. If you bump it while sitting it could roll out from under you and you’d find yourself sitting on the floor. Only happened to me once….I’m a fast learner!

Buy this stool. I searched for 3 months to find the perfect rolling stool. This one has at least 3 inches of top notch foam padding with durable covering. It rolls smoothly over carpet. Goes up and down with zero effort. Sitting for hours on end comfort is important. This chair is amazing. Zero regrets. Stop searching and buy it. Tattoo artist recommended
