Didn't work out of the package. It charges for a minute, but I can't get it to register that headphones are plugged in. iPhone immediately warned me that the accessory wasn't compatible. Lighting cable doesn't even fit properly in the female end of the adapter.

Don't BuyI am writing a review because when I bought this product they had high reviews and that now seems impossible to me unless the company themselves wrote reviews. First when I opened the package the female end where you plug in a lightning charger looked like the plastic mold had been cut out by a guy with an exacto knife. This was from factory. It was no surprise when I plugged it in it was a very clumsy fit. When I plugged the device into my iPhone 7 and plugged both headphones and a charger into the receiving end it worked I watched a YouTube video and charged getting sound through headphones for about 8 seconds before my phone told me it did not support this device and stopped working. I included a couple of photos so you could see the opening in the plastic where you plug the lightning cable... poor workmanship and doesn't work

It plays audio for about a minute and a half and then I get an error message that the device is not compatible. I thought perhaps that I had a defective one, but based on the other reviews, I see now that this is common. I contacted the seller and their response was to restore my old apple software to 10.2. I have no intention of doing this, if I even knew how to.

I have an iPhone 7 plus and this product did not work at all with headphones. The power half worked, but the Apple lightning plug in did not snap in - it just goes in and stops, and seems like it is a cheap/poor design. - returning for refund. I ordered the silver one which was put together poorly (pictured) and the black one which looked okay, but also did not work with headphones.

Worked for 5 minutes and then I got the "device not supported error." Charges the phone but you can't listen to music. I find myself madder at Apple than this manufacturer, though. I took charging and listening at the same time for granted for way too long.

Couldn't use. iPhone 7 plus says the device is not supported. The lightning cable doesn't push all the way in and seat well inside the adapter either.

Never worked! When my phone was plugged into this, the battery died even quicker ! Waste of money.

Product did not work. I would plug my headphones in and the charger and it would charge but I could not hear anything through the headphones. I requested a refund and each time I try and figure out how to return this it just brings me to a page about my order. I do not feel I should have to pay for returned shipping when this product never worked. I wanted it just did not do as advertised.

Funcionó solo un par de veces. Ya no detecta los audífonos. Tardó en llegar más tiempo del previsto. No vale su precio.
